OneIITP is the kind of product that only works if it is useful every day. It serves 2,000+ active users across campus workflows: bus schedules, blogs, timetables, attendance tracking, marketplace, events, dynamic quick links, contacts, and admin management.

Real-Time Campus Systems

I engineered the bus tracking system with a custom JSON parser and Google Sheets API. The design cut deployment costs by 50% while keeping the system simple enough for non-engineering operators to update.

Attendance Infrastructure

I also built and integrated a dynamic QR-based anti-proxy attendance system inside the app. The work sat at the messy intersection of UX, trust, device behavior, and operational constraints.
